Due to the nature, consumption, and use of hemp products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, including hemp flower, opened products, used products, perishable items, discounted items, clearance items, or final sale items.
Return/Refund Timeline:
Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your name, order number, receipt, and photo proof of the issue. Once reviewed, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
Refund Processing Time:
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet these conditions. Policy is subject to change at any time.
